Overview

This is the package of Trust Training Certificate (“TTC”) (version 2.0) Part B Stream 1 training and TTC Part B Stream 1 examination.

Enrolment starts on 16 December, 2025.

Course Structure
The TTC Part B Stream 1 consists of the following seven (7) units:

Unit 9: The Contents of Trusts and Drafting
Unit 10: Testamentary Issues & Avoiding Testamentary Disputes
Unit 11: International Taxation
Unit 13: Family Offices
Unit 17: Trusts and Issues for PRC Nationals
Unit 19: Collective Investment Schemes – Part 1 Private Arrangements

Examination Details
Please refer to the examination schedule of TTC Part B (Stream 1) Examination for the latest examination dates. Please note that all computer-based examination candidates MUST schedule their examination. TTC examination candidates should refer to Step 2 of the Scheduling Guide for procedures.  

The examination is based on the study guide and the slide deck, which is included in this training package and downloadable from each eCourse.

Note: Examination candidates are required to complete ALL Part B (Stream 1) units (as stated above) BEFORE scheduling the examination.
