[Webinar] Outbound Transfer of Personal Data from China

Overview

China has recently issued rules on the permissible mechanisms for outbound transfer of personal data from China. The penalties for non-compliance are hefty as the recent Didi case shows and they include personal liabilities for the responsible individuals.

Companies doing business in or with China need to understand these new rules to enable them to have operationally free flow of information.
