[Webinar] Outbound Transfer of Personal Data from China

概要

China has recently issued rules on the permissible mechanisms for outbound transfer of personal data from China. The penalties for non-compliance are hefty as the recent Didi case shows and they include personal liabilities for the responsible individuals.
