概要

This is the package of Trust Training Certificate (“TTC”) (version 2.0) Part A training and examination. Enrolment will open on 5 August 2025.

The TTC Part A consists of the following units:
Unit 1: Introduction of Trusts
Unit 2: Types of Trusts and When Appropriate
Unit 3: Other Estate Planning Vehicles
Unit 4: Trusts Compared with Other Estate Structuring Vehicles
Unit 5: Trustees and Compliance
Unit 6: Trusts and Compliance
Unit 7: Trusts Jurisdiction Comparison

TTC Part A Examination will be held on 3 November 2025 (Monday) at 5:30 pm. Please note that all computer-based exam candidates MUST schedule their exam.  TTC exam candidates should refer to Step 2 of the Scheduling Guide for procedures.  

The examination is based on the study guide and the slide deck, which is included in this training package and downloadable from each eCourse.

*Rescheduling services are not applicable to the TTC exam.

Note: Examination candidates are required to complete all Part A units (as stated above) before 23 October 2025 (Thursday), 23:59, otherwise they might not be allowed to sit for the examination on 3 November 2025.
