FAQ: How do I schedule my CBE session?

Effective 7 August 2024, to schedule your examination session, please allow 15 minutes after your enrolment. Easy scheduling steps below:

  • Log in to the HKSI Institute Online Portal or HKSI Institute Mobile app;
  • Go to the "UPCOMING ACTIVITY" section of the Online Portal or "My Exams" section of the HKSI Institute Mobile;
  • Click "Schedule" and you will be redirected to the scheduling platform "ProScheduler". Schedule examination session before the scheduling deadline. Seats are on first-come, first-served basis, and you can choose any available session within 90 days of your enrolment date;
  • Select your preferred examination session and ensure your personal particulars are correct before proceeding. Contact [email protected] immediately should there be any discrepancies in your particulars;
  • Review the details before clicking “Complete Appointment”, then close the “Appointment Summary” page; and
  • You will receive an email "eConfirmation of Examination Scheduling" and your selected session will show on the "UPCOMING ACTIVITY" tab of the Online Portal and "My Exams" section of the HKSI Institute Mobile after 15 minutes.
