Helene LI
Co-Founder & CEO, GoImpact Capital Partners A seasoned management consultant and finance industry professional, Helene has held various senior management positions in Strategic Planning, Marketing and Branding throughout her career which includes tenure at global consulting giants Boston Consulting Group and Willis Towers Watson.

Prior to founding GoImpact platform developed to accelerate the adoption of Sustainable Finance, Helene was Managing Director and Head of Strategic Planning, Brand and Communications Asia Pacific for BNP Paribas Wealth Management, she also held similar roles in different investment banks, and is a known Influencer and Key Opinion Leader in Fintech and Digital Transformation.
Ke ZHOU
Kay is the Senior Vice President of Sustainable Finance for HSBC Hong Kong Commercial Banking where she is responsible for driving the ESG business, with a specific focus in the infrastructure, major projects, real estate and non-bank financial institutions.

During her tenure, Kay has contributed to the phenomenal growth in the business’ sustainable finance and HSBC GBA Sustainability Fund. She was the key originator of a number of creative and landmark transactions which enabled HSBC Hong Kong to win industry accolades such as the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association Green and Sustainability Advisor of the Year.

Prior to this role, Kay was a senior banker in HSBC Australia’s Global Banking business where she provided local, regional and global debt financing solutions across the energy, infrastructure, construction, transportation, real estate, technology, automotive and services industries. Kay was involved in a number of major renewable energy, water treatment and hospital projects with distinctive ESG attributes. Kay has worked in multiple markets in the Asia Pacific region with extensive experience in client management and solution delivery.
Ken CHIU
Ken Chiu serves as Head of Carbon & ESG Products at HKEX since 2022, responsible for fostering FIC derivatives and bond listing businesses for the exchange.

Mr. Chiu has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in various functional areas including structuring and marketing positions in global markets of investment banks in both Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China. He has also been actively engaging in RMB internationalisation and cross-border business activities since 2009.

Mr. Chiu joined HKEX in 2018 and served as Senior Vice President of Fixed Income and Currency (FIC) Development at HKEX since 2018. He holds an MSc in Mathematics for Finance and Actuarial Science from the Universite Paris-Dauphine and a BBA in Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
