Overview

The 25th Annual General Meeting (“AGM 2022”) of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute will be held on Thursday, 15 December 2022, at 5:30pm.  For details, please refer to "Notice of AGM".

Only Voting Members are entitled to vote.  Voting Members include Senior Fellows, Fellow Members, Ordinary Members and Corporate Members (represented by Authorised Representatives).  Kindly refer to the video “An Easy Guide to AGM Voting” for an overview of the key dates and voting methods.

Voting Members who would like to attend the AGM 2022 in person must make prior registration due to the venue capacity.  Registration will open from 1 to 7 December 2022 on a first-come-first-served basis and successful registrants will receive an email confirmation on 12 December 2022.  Voting Members without prior registration and confirmation will not be admitted to the on-site AGM.

Live broadcast of the AGM 2022 will be available online on 15 December 2022 from 5:30pm until the end of the AGM.  The access link will be sent to Members by email on 13 December.
