Operational resilience is defined in quite broad terms, with a focus on outcomes and an expectation around responsiveness and time. Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) published the new Report on Operational Resilience and Remote Working Arrangements on 4 October 2021 that brings together supervisory discussions with licensed corporations (LCs) during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as leveraging international best practices.

Speaker/Course Instructor
Mr Wu is currently the Chairman of Asia Financial Risk Think Tank, Hong Kong Chapter of the Institute of Operational Risk (IOR) as well as the Institute of Risk Management (IRM).
