Licensed insurance agencies companies or licensed insurance brokers companies (‘licensed corporates’) and licensed insurance agents or licensed technical representatives (agents or broker) (‘licensed individuals’) must know the fundamental requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and at the same time, keep abreast of the latest regulatory developments.
