Leakage of personal data can have a ripple effect in the community. Licensed insurance agencies companies or licensed insurance brokers companies (‘licensed corporates’) and licensed insurance agents or licensed technical representatives (agents or broker) (‘licensed individuals’) must know the fundamental requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and at the same time, keep abreast of the latest regulatory developments.

This course is primarily targeted at licensed insurance brokers, agencies and technical representatives. It is also applicable to in-house counsel, compliance and senior management such as responsible officers, directors and CEOs of insurance companies.
