Overview

To enhance the competence requirements of individuals advising on the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs related matters, a new licensing requirement will take effect from 1 January 2022. A complimentary briefing session will be arranged for the practitioners concerned to get full details of the examination including an overview, syllabus, format, schedule and fees, as well as relevant study support.
