Henri ARSLANIAN
Henri Arslanian is the PwC Global Crypto Leader, the former Chairman of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hong Kong where he teaches the first FinTech university course in Asia. He advises many of the world’s leading crypto exchanges, investors, financial institutions and tech firms on their FinTech and crypto initiatives as well numerous governments, regulators and central banks on Fintech and crypto regulatory and policy matters.

Henri was named by LinkedIn as one of the global Top Voices in Economy & Finance and is the host of the FinTechCapsules™ and CryptoCapsules™ social media series. Chambers Global named Henri the “highest profile FinTech consultant in Hong Kong” and Asian Private Banker awarded him the “FinTech Changemaker of the Year” award.
William GEE
William Gee is a partner in PwC’s Risk assurance Practice at PwC China. He currently heads the Financial Services Group at RCA Beijing, leading a team of 3 Partners and over 60 risk and controls professionals. He is also a member of PwC’s C-SOX Task Force, a national role leading the research into the development of internal control assurance and advisory approach and standards for the firm in respond to the MOF’s Basic Standard of Enterprise Internal Control and related Guidance.

William specialises in the field of information risk management after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the UK in 1990. He has over 20 years experience in providing a wide range of assurance and advisory services to clients, focusing on the assessment of business and technology risks. He is also involved in the design, review and enhancement of business and technology processes and controls.
