Overview

This eCourse looks at the digitalisation of banking processes and how such processes are implemented, with a clear focus of cyber security and digital resilience. New business models such as APIs and open banking strategies and regulatory initiatives such as the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) are also covered in detail.

Objective

On completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify how banking processes can be digitalised and recognise the role of mobile applications, social media, and new branch technologies in digital banking
- Recall how digital banking processes are implemented with a focus on cyber security, digital resilience, and digital onboarding
