Overview

The Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI Institute) 22^nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 12 December 2019 where new Board Directors will be elected.

This year, apart from the paper mode, we will introduce the electronic mode for Board nomination which will commence on 8 October 2019.

If you are keen to serve on the Board of the HKSI Institute and would like to stand for election, please attend the Briefing Session to know more about the new nomination guidelines and procedures for your information and preparation. 

All Senior Fellows, Fellows and Ordinary Members are eligible to stand for election to the Board; and registration is required for this briefing session.
