Reschedule of Examination Session

Please read the Rescheduling Policy before you apply to reschedule your examination session.

Reschedule Steps

  1. Login to the HKSI Institute Online Portal or HKSI Institute Mobile app;
  2. Go to the "UPCOMING ACTIVITY" tab of the Online Portal or "My Exams" section of the HKSI Institute Mobile;
  3. Click "Reschedule" and you will be redirected to the scheduling platform "ProScheduler". You can then choose any available session within 90 days of your enrolment date;
  4. Select your preferred examination session;
  5. Review the details before clicking “Complete Appointment”, then close the “Appointment Summary” page; and
  6. You will receive an email "eConfirmation of Examination Scheduling" and your selected session will show on the "UPCOMING ACTIVITY" tab of the Online Portal and "My Exams" section of the HKSI Institute Mobile after 15 minutes.
