Reschedule of Examination Session

Rescheduling application details as follows:

  • This service is applicable to the Computer-based Examination (CBE) of Licensing Examination for Securities and Futures Intermediaries, except Paper 4 and 10 and Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) Module 1 Examination Paper 1.
  • Rescheduling application must be done before the rescheduling deadline, which is six full days before the start of the scheduled examination session. Assuming you are enrolled in an examination session scheduled to start at 11:00 am of a Saturday, the rescheduling deadline is before 11:00 am of the preceding Sunday.
  • Candidates can reschedule to any available session within 90 days of their enrolment date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and is only permitted for the same paper, same examination mode, same examination system interface language and the same fee category.
  • Rescheduling can be done at no cost, but NO rescheduling is allowed after the deadline.
  • Please refer to the examination schedule for the specific reschedule application deadline (date and time).

 

Reschedule Steps

  • Login to the HKSI Institute Online Portal or HKSI Institute Mobile app;
  • Go to the "UPCOMING ACTIVITY" tab of the Online Portal or "My Exams" section of the HKSI Institute Mobile;
  • Click "Reschedule" and you will be redirected to the scheduling platform "ProScheduler". You can then choose any available session within 90 days of your enrolment date;
  • Select your preferred examination session;
  • Review the details before clicking “Complete Appointment”, then close the “Appointment Summary” page; and
  • You will receive an email "eConfirmation of Examination Scheduling" and your selected session will show on the "UPCOMING ACTIVITY" tab of the Online Portal and "My Exams" section of the HKSI Institute Mobile after 15 minutes.
