概要

This is the package of Trust Training Certificate (“TTC”) Unit 1 to 7 and TTC Part A examination (version 2.0).

The TTC Part A consists of the following units:
Unit 1: Introduction of Trusts
Unit 2: Types of Trusts and When Appropriate
Unit 3: Other Estate Planning Vehicles
Unit 4: Trusts Compared with Other Estate Structuring Vehicles
Unit 5: Trustees and Compliance
Unit 6: Trusts and Compliance
Unit 7: Trusts Jurisdiction Comparison

Revision session (Optional for candidates who have registered into the examination) will be held as a LIVE webinar on 20 November 2024 (Wednesday) from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

TTC Part A Examination will be held on 7 December 2024 (Saturday) from 9:15am to 10:45am. Please note that all computer-based exam candidates MUST schedule their exam.  TTC exam candidates should refer to Step 2 of the Scheduling Guide for precedures.  

*Rescheduling services are not applicable to the TTC exam.

Note: Examination candidates are required to complete all Part A units (as stated above) before 1 December 2024 (Sunday), 23:59, otherwise they might not be allowed to sit for the examination on 7 December 2024.
