Mark Lin is an exceptional litigator who specialises in finding effective solutions for his clients. He has been a partner at Hogan Lovells since 2003 and is also a fellow of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
Byron PHILLIPS
Byron Phillips is a skilled disputes lawyer based in Hong Kong with over 10 years of experience in resolving crises for clients. He specialises in handling complex arbitration, financial services litigation and investigations, white collar crime and fraud, insolvency litigation, and professional liability disputes. Byron also has a keen interest and experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, technology-related litigation, and advising private capital investors on regulatory considerations. He is a member of the Hogan Lovells Crisis Leadership Team, a global practice for crisis management.
孫海瑜
Hoi Yu is an associate in Hogan Lovells' Dispute Resolution group in Hong Kong. She specialises in commercial litigation related to technology, cross-border insolvency, directors' duties, and shareholder disputes. Hoi Yu has experience in contentious proceedings across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and England & Wales. She also advises financial institutions on regulatory compliance and investigations in Hong Kong, with particular interest in the implications of digital assets.
