As the Head of the Licensing Department of Intermediaries Division, Wilson is primarily responsible for managing gatekeeping functions of the securities and futures industry and leading various policy reform initiatives relating to market intermediaries such as licensing strategic reform and Manager-In-Charge Regime. Currently, he is a member of the SFC’s Academic and Accreditation Advisory Committee. Previously, he also served as a member of the FSB’s Working Group on Governance Framework. Wilson holds a bachelor degree in accountancy and a master degree in applied finance. He is also a FCPA in Hong Kong and Australia.
