Olivia has investigated irregular rebates and kickbacks, misappropriation of assets, financial statement manipulations, potential leakage of private and confidential information and other fraud investigations. She was involved in litigation support engagements including assisting the named expert with the preparation of the expert report and attending the hearings.
Olivia is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Associate member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
He has vast experience of managing due diligence assignments for acquisition of listed or multinational private companies, serving both private equity groups and global corporations.
Kenneth’s industry experience includes records management, corporate and business services, airlines, pharmaceutical products, global garments, fashion accessories, insurance, education, property, oil and gas, security services, and food and beverage sectors.
Kenneth is a fellow member of the ACCA.
