FAQ: I have not completed all nine units of the SET course, but studied all materials. Can I still take the examination?
No, you cannot.
To be eligible for the examination, you must complete all nine modules of the SET training course at least five days before the scheduled examination date. If not, your examination enrolment will be automatically withdrawn, and all fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you know in advance that you won’t meet this deadline, you are strongly encouraged to reschedule your examination. You may reschedule to any available session within 90 days of your SET enrolment date. Rescheduling must be completed at least six days before your originally scheduled examination session. Click here for details on rescheduling.
If you miss the rescheduling deadline and do not attend the scheduled examination, you may re-enrol for the post-training examination after completing the eCourse, provided it is still within the 90-day access period. Please note that you will need to re-enroll and pay the examination fee again to take the examination. Participants are allowed to retake it within one year of enrolling in the SET and are NOT required to retake the eCourse.
