FAQ: What are the key points to keep in mind on the examination date?

On the day of the examination, you must present your original, valid photo identification document or formal travel document with a photo, with an English name that matches the name recorded in the HKSI Institute records (Online Portal). Additionally, you must arrive at the examination centre at the scheduled examination start time.

You will not be allowed to take the examination if either

• fail to present an original and valid government-issued identity card or travel document, such as Passport, with a photo and an English name;
• fail to provide the last four digits of your mobile phone number/examination confirmation number;
• English name or the last four digits of your mobile phone number/examination confirmation number not matching the HKSI Institute records; 
• arrive at the examination centre, or log into ProProctor, but fail to complete the identity verification process 30 minutes after the admission start time.
