The Online Portal services are now available, except for the following functions, which are temporarily unavailable until further notice:

• eCourses
• Documents Download
  - Receipt Copy
  - Admission Form
  - Examination Result
  - Examination Certificate
  - CPT/CPD Attendance Record

We notice that certain profile updates, portal account creation or activation, registration of activities and/or eCourses enrolled or completed between 20 March and 1 April 2019 may not be recorded.  We will contact the account users concerned separately for follow up.

We take this system malfunction seriously and are conducting thorough investigation with our service providers and consultants.
