New Licensing Regime for Virtual Asset Trading Platforms

The new licensing regime for virtual asset trading platforms (VATPs) comes into effect today, 1 June 2023.  To ensure that our professional development offerings remain relevant and effective in the new regulatory environment, we are working closely with the Examinations and Education & Development Committees.  In addition, a Virtual Asset Working Group is formed to help develop the respective CPT programmes and examination to support this new licensing regime for market practitioners.
