HKSI Institute to launch new Licensing Examination Paper 17 on 30 December 2021

To enhance the competence requirements of individuals advising on the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs related matters, a new licensing requirement will take effect from 1 January 2022.

Licensing Examination (LE) Paper 17 “Regulation of Takeovers and Share Buy-backs”

• English examination session will commence on 30 December 2021 (enrolment starts on 19 November 2021)
• Chinese examination session will commence in late February 2022
