The HKSI Institute congratulates the appointment of its Honorary Fellow, Mr Anthony Francis Neoh, SC as Chairman of Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC) on 25 May 2018.

Mr Neoh is a Senior Counsel with extensive experience in public services. He has made remarkable contributions in many fields including developing Hong Kong's international arbitration services and regulatory standards for financial services.  From 1995 to 1998, he served as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, from 1996 to 1998, as Chairman of the Technical Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions, and from 1999 to 2004, as chief adviser to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Mr Neoh was conferred the HKSI Institute Honorary Fellowship in 2008 in recognition of his distinguished contributions to the Institute and the advancement of the financial services industry in Hong Kong.
