Appointment of Co-Heads of the Education and Development Department

The Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI Institute) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Elsie Wong and Ms Josephine Chin as Co-Heads of the Education and Development Department, effective 17 April 2023.

Ms Wong will lead the Digital Learning team and be in charge of the continuous professional training (CPT) public classes (excluding professional qualification programmes), quality assurance, and operational matters of the department.

Meanwhile, Ms Chin will lead the corporate in-house training services and oversee the recruitment of trainers and the Institute’s professional qualification programmes.

Both of them have more than 20 years of experience in learning and development, specialising in instructional design and learning consultancy services. 

“Over the past six years, Elsie and Josephine have been instrumental in driving the Institute’s training initiatives, with a particular focus on expanding our digital learning solutions and establishing training consultancy services for corporates.  These areas will remain the Institute’s primary growth focus in the coming years, and their expertise will be invaluable in driving the continued expansion and success of these initiatives,” said Ms Ruth Kung, Chief Executive of HKSI Institute.
