FAQ: On the examination day, if I am unable to attend, can I request a reschedule or seek a refund?

No, you cannot. All reschedule or withdrawal requests (applicable only to specific examination papers, click here for the list) must be submitted via the Online Portal / HKSI Institute Mobile on or before the reschedule/withdraw deadline.  The deadline is six full days prior to the start of the examination. Late applications will not be accepted.
