FAQ: How can I get my Notification of Results and examination certificates?

Notification of Results are posted on the Online Portal and HKSI Institute Mobile within a fixed timeframe after the examination date. Posting timeframe vary between different types of examinations, click here for details.

The examination results and certificates will only be issued once and will not be reissued. If you lose or damage you examination results and certificates or still require them after the available period in the Online Portal and HKSI Institute Mobile (within one year from the date of the respective examination), you can apply for a Statement of Result through the Online Portal under eForm. This can be done within seven years of the date of the relevant examination, and an administration fee of HKD300 will apply.
