Overview
为进一步顺应中资企业“走出去”发展需要，为企业提供市场化、专业化、国际化的服务支持，加强深港两地金融机构沟通交流，探讨大湾区资本市场发展新动能和新机遇，在深圳市委金融办指导下，深圳市证券业协会和香港证券及投资学会拟组织开展“深港联通·赋能远航”——服务中资企业“走出去”主题研讨会，围绕如何服务中资企业出海需要等进行主题研讨交流。

Robert LUI
Robert is the Hong Kong Digital Asset Leader, Capital Market Services Group Hong Kong Leader, and Audit & Assurance partner of Deloitte China.
Overseeing Deloitte’s digital asset and Web3 program in Hong Kong, Robert works closely with regulators, trading platforms, custodians, and asset managers on licensing, compliance review, and security token offering projects.
With over 20 years of professional experience, he has led over 50 IPO engagements with corporations in a broad range of industries from consumer to real estate to technology, while providing audit & assurance, digitalisation, and mergers & acquisition services to listed companies and growth enterprises.
As a Member of the HKSAR Government’s Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development, Robert plays an active role in supporting the growth of Hong Kong’s digital asset and Web3 ecosystem.
Robert serves as a Board Director of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.
