Benjamin QUINLAN
Benjamin is the CEO and Managing Partner of Quinlan & Associates. He was the former Chairman of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong and is the current Chair of Innovation & Technology at AustCham.

Benjamin is also a Board / Senior Advisor to various startups, and is recognised as one of Asia’s leading FinTech influencers. He sits on various Advisory and Steering Committees for HKTDC, HKSTP, and HKGCC.

Prior to founding Quinlan & Associates, Benjamin was the Head of Strategy for Deutsche Bank’s Equities business in Asia Pacific and its Investment Bank in Greater China. He has also worked at Oliver Wyman, UBS, and PwC.
Justin CHUNG
Justin is the Associate Partner of Quinlan & Associates. Before joining Quinlan & Associates, Justin specialised in data analytics and data management at JPMorgan, where he engaged in strategic initiatives and change management projects across Asia Pacific. He was also the Vice President for a fast-growing blockchain advisory start-up that was recognised by InvestHK, where he headed corporate structuring and business development.

Before his professional experience, he completed national service in the Republic of Korea Navy, where he was deployed to the Philippines for a rehabilitation mission after Typhoon Yolanda and to Somalia as part of CTF-151, an anti-piracy task force of the United Nations.

Justin holds a First Class Honours Degree in Global Business from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
