Overview

This Module 10 of the Henley Family Office Program (HFOP) looks at human resources management.

This module is a 3-hour (approx. study time) course and is eligible for 1 SFC CPT/PWMA OPT hour.

Objective

By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- State the challenges in human resource for Family Offices
- Explain the importance of having clearly defined purpose, structure and strategy
- Describe how to implement a professional recruitment process, including the best practice in conducting a robust sourcing, interview and offer process
- List the steps in monitoring performance and offer professional development
- Describe how to implement a secure and thorough governance process for all team members
