Rachel LEE
Rachel is the Director of Web3 and FinTech Development at Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, spearheads a range of strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating industry growth and fostering the expansion of the blockchain ecosystem. Prior to her current position, Rachel held the role of Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation at IX Fintech, and has served in the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) for 10 years, contributed to various high-impact functions, including Derivatives Trading, Fixed Income & Currency Development, and Emerging Business Development. Rachel holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Compliance and Regulation and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong, as well as a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Rachel also holds various professional qualifications including Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).
