Byron WONG
Mr Byron Wong is currently the Chief Compliance Officer of AnchorX Limited, a stablecoin issuer in Hong Kong.

Byron has over 19 years of experience in the financial sector, with strong expertise in compliance. He has held key positions as Head of Compliance at Hashkey Group, Ping An of China Asset Management, and China Re Asset Management in Hong Kong. At Hashkey Group, Byron led his team in obtaining VATP licenses under both the SFO and AMLO regime. He also served as Head of Operation / Chief Operating Officer at GF Asset Management and Eastern Bay Investment Management. Byron began his career at Deloitte and worked as an Enforcement Officer at the SFC.

He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance with the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
