Financial Incentive Scheme of the WAM Pilot Programme

This course has already been approved as an eligible course of the Financial Incentive Scheme for Professional Training (“the Scheme”) under the Pilot Programme to Enhance Talent Training for the Asset and Wealth Management Sector (“the Pilot Programme”). The Scheme aims to enhance the competency and professionalism of in-service practitioners within the asset and wealth management sector and to assist other practitioners within the financial services industry in acquiring the knowledge and skills required for entering the sector. Eligible applicants will be subsidised 80% of the course fees by the HKSAR Government upon satisfactory completion of the courses approved by Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, subject to a ceiling of HK$15,000. Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute is appointed as the implementation agent of the Pilot Programme. Stephanie LEUNG
Stephanie Leung is the Group Chief Investment Officer at StashAway. Stephanie has about 20 years of experience in managing multi-asset portfolios globally for Goldman Sachs as well as for institutional investors and family offices. Her expertise in global macro and quantitative investing has enabled her to effectively manage multi-billion portfolios for her clients. Prior to finance, she began her career at McKinsey advising companies in the Asia Pacific region.

Stephanie earned her MS in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from Stanford University and BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Ronald YIM
Ronald Yim is the General Manager of StashAway Hong Kong. Ronald leads the overall business development and operations at StashAway HK. Prior to StashAway, Ronald was a senior engagement manager at McKinsey Hong Kong and advised leading financial institutions and wealth advisors across Asia on a wide range of strategy, digital and analytics topics. Ronald holds a BSc in Quantitative Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
