Overview

The 26th Annual General Meeting (“AGM 2023”) of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute will be held on Thursday, 14 December 2023, at 5:30pm.  For details, please refer to "Notice of AGM". 

Only Voting Members are entitled to vote.  Voting Members include Senior Fellows, Fellow Members, Ordinary Members and Corporate Members (represented by Authorised Representatives).  Kindly refer to the video “An Easy Guide to AGM Voting” for an overview of the key dates and voting methods. 

Voting Members who would like to attend the AGM 2023 in person are highly encouraged to register in advance.  Confirmation emails will be sent to successful registrants by 13 December 2023. Those without prior registration may not be admitted. 

Please register by clicking on the “APPLY ONLINE” on the webpage on or before 12 December 2023, 6:30pm. For Authorised Representatives of Corporate Members, please register by emailing us at [email protected].  

Live broadcast of the AGM 2023 will be available online on 14 December 2023 from 5:30pm until the end of the AGM.  The access link will be sent to Members by email in early December.
