Matthew DAY
Matthew led the Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) function across Asia as the head of ZRS & CREO, Zurich Asia. He oversaw a team of over 30 engineers with high-level expertise in various industries, lines of insurance businesses, and loss prevention and mitigation. Matthew's team extended throughout the Asian continent. He was a member of the ZRS and Zurich Risk Engineering global leadership team, contributing to key decision-making and formulating strategies to support customers and business partners.
Marika is an Associate Director for Sustainable Corporate and Finance Solutions. In her role as Associate Director for Sustainable Finance Solutions at Sustainalytics, she was primarily responsible for covering ASEAN companies on ESG Risk Ratings, Sustainable Finance Transactions, ESG Supply Chain, and Impact Reporting. She was also involved in executing project work for Second Party Opinions in Singapore for eligible transactions under the MAS sustainable bond and loan schemes.

Marika has 12 years of working experience in investment banking, consulting, and intergovernmental organizations. Before joining Sustainalytics, she worked at the UN Global Compact in Singapore, where she advocated for the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in corporate sustainability. In 2020, Marika co-authored a report on how to close the SDG financing gap in ASEAN.
