This course uses various real life ethical challenges experienced in the workplace to enable the participants to vote, discuss and debate if there is any integrity issue and how they would respond should they faced with the challenges. This is a highly facilitated and very participative training course.

Simon CULHANE
Simon Culhane is the former Chief Executive Officer of the CISI whose qualifications are now recognised in over 55 different jurisdictions. Simon authored and developed the course, an early version of which was first run in HKSI in 2009.
Simon is a qualified veteran banker having spend half his career with Lloyds Bank and Deutsche, as well as working in the UK Prime Minister’s Efficiency Unit for three year in the 1990s. Simon has been CEO of the CISI for the last 18 years during which time the Institute has become a fully global body.
