HEHFP Module 16: Human Resources

Overview

This is Module 16 of the Henley Executive Hedge Fund Program (HEHFP), which explains the importance of developing an HR strategy, including the corporate culture, and then covers the main HR processes including hiring, performance management, and separation. It addresses issues such as diversity and motivation, and includes examples of several key documents.

This module is a 3-hour (approx. study time) course and is eligible for 2 SFC CPT/PWMA OPT hours.
