Ricky joined Savills in 2006, and he has had more than 24 years’ property experience. He currently heads up Savills’ Office Leasing team and is responsible for leading the day to day management of Savills’ Hong Kong and Kowloon office leasing business, while maintaining a highly active profile in the marketplace to the benefit of his clients.

Ricky is widely regarded within the Hong Kong commercial real estate industry for his intuitive insights in the Hong Kong office market, and he is regularly sought out for public commentary as an expert at economic forums and in the media. He works in an appointed or advisory capacity to many multinational tenants that have complex portfolio needs.
