Lucy Gazmararian joined PwC Hong Kong as a Senior Manager within the Crypto Asset Advisory team. This team provides clients with a one-stop shop for professional services relating to ICOs, crypto funds, crypto exchanges as well as banks getting into the crypto asset space. Specifically, PwC can support clients with their legal/regulatory, governance/controls, accounting/tax/transfer pricing, cyber security/code review, project management/strategy and capital raising requirements. Prior to joining PwC, Lucy spent 15 years in banking and asset management in both London and Singapore. She has worked for Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Schroders and Kleinwort Benson and spent her early career working in journalism with ABC News. Lucy was born and raised in Hong Kong and since returning back in 2017 has become an active participant in the wider FinTech ecosystem across Asia Pacific. She is a member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, representing PwC in Blockchain focused activities. She has also consulted for Hong Kong based WealthTech startups as well as Asia focused Hedge Funds. Lucy has a degree in History from the University of Oxford and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Master of Arts. Lucy is also a Chartered Wealth Manager.

Mr Duncan Fitzerald is an experienced practitioner and advisor in the areas of Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, Internal Control Consulting and Regulatory Compliance. Duncan has worked with PwC in Hong Kong since 1996. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Duncan worked with the firm in London for 8 years. Duncan is one of the partners leading PwC’s crypto-asset related services including governance and regulatory compliance. Duncan is a regular speaker at conferences on risk management, corporate governance and internal audit, most recently focusing on the crypto-related angle of such topics. Outside of PwC, Duncan is a Governor of the Institute of Internal Auditors – Hong Kong Chapter and helps certain charities and Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) address corporate governance challenges. Duncan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
