Overview

In this session, mentees will learn how to quick start their career with the Mentoring Programme, foster personal growth and enhance their communication with their mentors and their groups. They will get to know more of the programme and the range of other talent grooming initiatives, as well as hear directly from past Best and Outstanding Mentees on their personal experiences on how they benefitted from the programme.

All mentees are strongly recommended to attend the session, to get the most out of their journeys under the HKSI Institute Mentoring Programme. Mentors and friends are also welcome to join.
