A half-day “hands-on” training course to make you a more incisive and effective interviewer and enhance your skills as a specialist manager.

The PEACE method at the core of this course is flexible enough to adapt to many interview and formal meeting situations and the course can benefit many corporate functions, including compliance, risk management and internal investigations.

Through exercise and discussion the course will offer method and strategy to produce the best results for both the interviewer and person being interviewed. Prior knowledge of the method isn’t essential, but experience of conducting interviews is an advantage.

Concluding any process of internal examination where disciplinary action, civil litigation, criminal prosecution or changes to internal processes are likely, will require an interview or concluding discussion as the final essential step. Considering the right approach and interview format are no less important than gathering documentary and computer evidence where process or management weaknesses have caused problems or resulted in financial losses.
