RA13 - Request for Proposals
Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute ("HKSI Institute") will administer a new licensing examination in response to the new eligibility criteria for persons licensed or registered for Type 13 regulated activity - providing depositary services for relevant SFC-authorised collective investment schemes ("RA13").
We are inviting interested individuals or corporations to submit proposal(s) to help with the development of study materials and examination questions of the new regulatory paper ("LE Paper 18") and practical paper ("LE Paper 19") for the RA13 regime.
If you are interested in providing such service, please submit your proposal(s) by email to [email protected], marked “Request for Proposal for Development of Study Manuals and Examination Questions for LE on Proposed Depositories Regime” before 6 pm, 3 March 2023 Hong Kong time.
