概要

This eSeminar is a recorded session of “Overview of the Virtual Assets Regulatory Landscape in Hong Kong” webinar held on 20 May 2024.

The eSeminar provides a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects governing virtual asset (VA) activities in Hong Kong, covering principles, definitions, and associated risks. Participants will learn about various regulatory regimes, including the requirements, obligations, and potential consequences for intermediaries in cases of non-compliance.

Note: While this course is part of the Certification Programme for Virtual Asset Professionals (CVAP) Core Curriculum (Module 3), it does NOT count toward certification if taken as a STANDALONE module. Enrol in the CVAP Core Curriculum to obtain the CVAP certification.
