趙先生于2018年加入香港交易及結算所有限公司，曾擔任定息及貨幣發展部高級副總裁，負責相關的衍生產品及債券業務。趙先生擁有the Université Paris-Dauphine的金融和精算科學數學碩士及香港科技大學金融學工商管理學士。
