概要

Over the past few years, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has introduced a new regulatory framework for virtual asset (VA) funds and exchanges, and clarified its regulatory requirements through the issuance of circulars and statements.

In this webinar, Ms Clara KL Chiu will provide details about the SFC’s regulatory framework and the relevant regulatory requirements in relation to VA trading platforms, VA funds and other VA activities. She will also share her observations on VA landscape as well as the latest regulatory developments in overseas jurisdictions.

This course is primarily targeted at fund managers, VA trading platform operators and professional investors who may consider investing in virtual assets. It is also applicable to in-house counsel, compliance staff, IT staff and senior management such as responsible officers, managers-in-charge, directors, CIOs and CEOs of financial institutions.
