Sustainability Excellence for Talent Certification Programme (SET): Building Future-Ready Leaders

We are pleased to announce the full launch of the Sustainability Excellence for Talent Certification Programme (SET) - a structured learning pathway designed to equip practitioners with practical and foundational knowledge in three key areas:

• Sustainability Disclosures,
• Climate Risks, and
• Net Zero.

Developed for professionals in the financial services and corporate sectors, SET provide progressive training supported by industry insights and context relevant  to the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong.

Programme Structure

• 9-module training package (10 hours)
  The programme comprises nine modules delivered through a mix of eCourses and eSeminars for flexible, self‑paced learning. The modules follows a level‑based structure, enabling learners to progress from foundational concepts to more advanced topics.

  IFRS S1 & S2,
  HKEX ESG Code,
  GRI standards,
  ESG data & ratings
  
  Climate Risks:
  Climate risk management,
  Scenario analysis
  
  Net Zero:
  Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions
  Scope 3 emissions
  Science-based target setting for sector‑specific pathways for Financial Services and Corporates
  
  
• Post-Training Examination
  Upon completing all modules, participants are eligible to sit for the examination (conducted in English), offered every two months. Successful candidates will earn a recognised certification demonstrating proficiency in sustainability fundamentals.
