Absent Grade

Candidates must bring with their original and valid identification document and report to the assigned examination centre at the examination start time. Candidates will receive an ABSENT grade if

• their English name on the identification document does not match the English name in the HKSI Institute record; 
• they arrive at the examination centre 30 minutes after the examination start time; 
• they do not attend the examination;
• they do not schedule their examination session.

Absentees will not be able to re-schedule their missed examination, and all fees paid are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
