Overview

This is the package of Trust Training Certificate (“TTC”) Part B Stream 1 training and TTC Part B examination.

The TTC Part B Stream 1 consists of the following units:
Unit 8: Other Trust Vehicles in Details
Unit 9: The Contents of Trusts and Drafting
Unit 10: Testamentary Issues & Avoiding Testamentary Disputes
Unit 11: International Taxation – Part 1
Unit 13: Family Offices
Unit 14: Foundations Law – Part 1
Unit 17: Trusts and Issues for PRC Nationals

Revision session (Optional for candidates who have registered into the examination) will be held as a LIVE webinar on 29 May 2024 (Wednesday) from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

TTC Part B Stream 1 Examination will be held on 8 June 2024 (Saturday) from 9:15am to 10:45am. Click here for details.

Note: Examination candidates are required to complete all Part B Stream 1 units (as stated above) before 2 June 2024 (Sunday), 23:59, otherwise they might not be allowed to sit for the examination on 8 June 2024.

It is primarily targeted to TTC candidates who wish to take the TTC Part B Stream 1 Examination.
