Senior Staff Appointments

To align with the 2023-2025 strategic priorities, the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI Institute) announced the following new appointments which will come into effect on 1 April 2024.

Ms Josephine Chin, currently a co-head of the Education and Development Department alongside Miss Elsie Wong, has been appointed as the Head of the newly expanded Membership and Business Development Department. In her new role, Ms Chin will be responsible for member engagement and recruitment, in-house training programmes, and spearheading the HKSI Institute's expansion efforts in new sectors and target markets within the Greater Bay Area.

Miss Elsie Wong will be appointed as the Head of the Education and Development Department, focusing on continuous professional training (CPT) courses, quality assurance, and advancing digital learning solutions.

Ms Ivy Lam, the current leader of the Membership Department, will transition to the role of Project Leader for the Government-funded WAM Pilot Programme. Under her leadership, the Membership team achieved remarkable milestones in driving membership growth and engagement, including the successful Case Competition talent grooming initiative. In her new capacity, Ms Lam will lead efforts to foster talent development within the asset and wealth management sector, attract more students and market practitioners, and facilitate collaboration and industry growth.
